Students set tires alight and trash the University of Pretoria Campus over fees. (Read the STORY by Alet Rademeyer and Alicestine October in the BEELD Newspaper, front page, Wednesday 23 February 2005. PICTURE by Alet Pretorius.) It was reported that on the 20 February 2005 during the university demonstration students chanted “We will kill the whites, all of them; Afrikaans and English”, which as a member of the Christian minority, I find distressing!
