According to Mr Scott Belson, in this video clip, the Tourism Minister spent (does he actually mean scavenged from tax slaves) R200 Million for booze, accomadation, and other stuff, who knows what? Sounds like a vulgar party to me. Only spending 30 Million on the same will instantly rocket the department into international imfamy. BUT what happens to the other 170 Million if its a slush fund earmarked for "work"? Just asking.
