A short biography of Dean Frederick McCleland the writer of the history of Port Elizabeth contained in his excellently researched volumes. I have Vol. 1 and Vol.2, and am wanting to purchase Vol. 3 and Vol. 4 but the last two volumes were not in stock at the time, they are selling quickly. I bought his work from Fogarty's Bookshop in Walmer. They moved from the Walmer shopping center and are now in Main Road Walmer. you can do a google search to pinpoint the exact location.
