Flowers, flowers, everywhere
Blooming near the lake,
Red ones, yellow, pink and blue,
Plenty for us to take.
Pretty white daisies tossing their heads,
Nodding to passers-by,
Look at the blue forget-me-nots,
Colours that match the sky.
Big yellow sun-flowers
against the wall,
Pretty pink holly-hocks,
ever so tall.
Pink and red roses
Ever so gay,
I could watch them
for the whole day.
Flowers, flowers, everywhere,
Nodding in the breeze,
Filling the air with sweet fragrance
everyone to please.
