Exodus 20
1. You shall have no other gods before ME
2. You shall not make for yourself a carved image...or bow down to them...I Am a jealous GOD...
3. You shall not take the name of the LORD your GOD in vain...
4. Remember the Sabbath day and keep it Holy
5. Honour your father and your mother
6. You shall not murder
7. You shall not commit adultry
8. You shall not steal
9. You shall not bear false witness...
10.You shall not covet...
"Except you exceed the righteousness of the Pharisees you will in no wise enter the Kindom of Heaven".
JESUS
These are powerful words as who in the modern age can exceed the righteousness of the Pharisees? "There is not one who is righteous", declares the LORD. When Moses smashed the tablets of stone upon which the ten commandments were written it was symbolic of what mankind would do to each of GOD's moral standards. We need a sacrifice, we need JESUS the perfect sacrifice for our Sin and the sins we commit from day to day. JESUS offered his life for you accept HIS gracious wonderful sacrificial gift.
JESUS said you must be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven!
