The Apple Express known to Port Elizabethans and Tourists for decades has lost government funding, and is now moth-balled. Too Eurocentric for Africa, and drying up tax funds has ensured the Apple Express will fade permanently from history. We certainly don't believe tha government is cash strapped, but rather it is the result of ideological struggles and missing funds. Good bye to a wonderful era!
